Two words describe Chas Dohanich:
Submission Master. Indeed, the Texas native knows about three thousand different ways to make his opponents tap out, and they
seem powerless to stop him from doing so. Add to that the smash mouth style that Dohanich employs, and you have a very, VERY
tough superstar to survive a match with, let alone take down.
Chas Dohanich debuted at the first SWF event in 1997,
winning a match with his soon-to-be feared Longhorn against Christopher Michaels to become the first ever SWF Hardcore Champion.
While Dohanich has gotten close to bigger and better gold, he never seems to be able to reach the top, though no one can forget
the closest he got. In 2000, he took then SWF Champion Scooter Pondoff to the limit, going a grueling 40 minutes before finally
succumbing to fatigue and tapping to the Scoot.Crab.
In 2011, Dohanich once again found himself on the big stage. After
convincing SWF Champion Kirby to give him a title shot, Dohanich faced the monster at Game Over. With the crowd actually solidly
behind him, Chas gave Kirby the fight of his life, even locking in the Longhorn at one point. However, he couldn't overcome
Kirby's raw power, and so lost the match.
One has to say though, Dohanich is intimidating. A man who doesn't do much
talking but instead lets his actions in the ring speak for themselves, it feels like it's only a matter of time before Dohanich
makes it to the big show and takes over.
