Scooter Pondoff is one of the premiere veterans in the SWF, and with good reason. Scooter's technical and submission prowess are among the reasons he stays at the top, along with his smashmouth brawling tendencies. When he debuted in 1997, Scooter immediately rose to the top of the SWF. In fact, one of his early matches with Chas Dohanich is largely regarded to be the best in SWF history.

It was only a short time later that Scooter won his first SWF Championship against Daniel Santoy in an absolutely epic Iron Man Match. The two fought for almost the entire hour without giving up a single fall when, with just minutes to go, Pondoff locked in his patented Scoot.Crab. Santoy tried to hold out, but eventually had to tap out with mere seconds left in the match.

Pondoff has since been all over the SWF, winning almost every championship at least once. More recently, he teamed up with newcomer and fellow Marine Travis Grant to win the SWF Tag Team Championships from future Hall of Famers D Squared. Grant and Pondoff now have to watch their backs though, as there will be a target on them. Luckily, Pondoff is used to being a target, so he'll be ready.
