SWF eXplosion! March 5, 2008 Live from Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Hype video for the SWF, showing clips
of all the wrestlers in various action shots. The clip ends with the new, redesigned SWF logo!

SWF
eXplosion! Theme Song
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The
crowd is cheering as the lights come on the arena. Pyrotechnics go off all over the arena as new ring announcer Rachel Hinkly
stands in the middle of the ring. Jeff Santos and Jason Powers are shown sitting at the ringside announce table. As the camera
zooms in on them, the fans behind them go crazy to be seen on television.
Jeff: Ladies and gentlemen,
welcome to the inaugural edition of SWF eXplosion!!! The new season has finally begun, and the SWF has gotten a revamp…
I’m Jeff Santos, alongside my broadcast colleague Jason Powers! Jason… it’s good to be back alongside you!
Jason:
And good to be with you too! We’ve got a lot of rumors to sift through here tonight, and hopefully,
we’ll get to the bottom of some of it.
Before Jason can finish, “Young Grow Old” by Creed
blares on the loud speaker. The crowd cheers as Jackie Blue, the general manager of the SWF, walks out of the entryway and
heads to the ring. The SWF Championship is draped under her arm as she walks.
Jeff: And hopefully
we’ll get some of those questions answered right here.
As Jackie Blue enters the ring, she takes the SWF
Championship and puts it on a table that has been placed there by the ring announcer. Her music fades as she stands there
and takes a microphone from the technical director.
Jackie: Ladies and gentlemen… the SWF
is BACK!!!
Loud pop by the crowd.
Jackie: Now… I know you’re all wondering
why I’m out here with Kirby’s SWF Championship. As you all recall, at the end of last season, he successfully
defended the title against Dexter. Well… there’s a very good reason for that. Due to the SWF reset, and the amount
of new talent coming into the SWF, we are instituting a single elimination tournament!!!
The crowd goes nuts
as Jeff nearly has a caniption.
Jeff: What!?! The SWF Championship on the line in a tournament!?
You’ve got to be kidding me!
Jackie: Now… rest assured that this tournament
will feature the finest that the SWF has to offer. It will feature such superstars as…
Jackie is cut off
by the sounds of “King of Kings” by Motorhead. The crowd jeers loudly as the First Family walks out of the entryway
and heads to the ring, led by Daniel Santoy. They all get into the ring, and Daniel grabs a microphone from the technical
director. As Jackie Blue stands up to Scooter, PG13, Anna, and the newest member, Naomi, Daniel stands back and talks.
Daniel:
So here we are… once again in MY ring. Now, I understand that you have this little “tournament”
set up and everything, but really… why don’t you save everyone the trouble and a couple of guys the physical pain,
and just hand the belt over to me?
The crowd boos loudly as PG13 makes a grabbing motion for the belt. Jackie
Blue snatches it back up and backs up towards the ropes.
Daniel: Oh come now Blue… give me
the belt.
Everyone moves towards Jackie Blue, but she suddenly stops and stands her ground.
Jackie: Oh… you will all get your shot at getting this SWF Championship, but you’ll all get it in due time.
In fact… PG13… Daniel… you both have first round matchups tonight. And I’ve already let your opponents
know what’s going on, so meet them now.
Suddenly, the crowd erupts as Freddy Duncan and Cole Oz hit the
ring! The First Family immediately high tails it out as Freddy and Cole chase after them. Jackie Blue returns the belt to
the table as Oz and Duncan taunt for the crowd and the First Family walks back up the rampway, obviously irate.

The
show opens back up with “Heartbreaker” by Pat Benetar blaring on the loudspeaker and a new video coming up on
the big screen. The crowd is unsure what to think, but lean towards cheering for the newcomer, Marie Kiwi!
Jeff: Well… here we have a debut match. Marie Kiwi has been showing great promise, and she’ll get her
chance to show it off on the big stage here tonight against a veteran in Amber Curry.
Kiwi slides into the ring
and motions for a microphone.
Jason: Apparently, she wants to do a little talking.
Marie:
I’ve been hearing a lot about this “Amber Curry” girl backstage. Now, Amber Curry may
be a former champion, but this Kiwi is going to use her as a steppin’ stone towards that pretty belt. Sure I’m
new, but baby… I’m hot, and more than a little willing to introduce my fist to her face!
The crowd
cheers, getting behind Kiwi as she hands the microphone back and awaits her opponent.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Singles
Match Marie Kiwi v. Amber Curry
After Curry comes to the ring, the two square off. Amber quickly gains control of
the match as she uses her power to simply outmuscle the smaller Kiwi. However, after an amazing springboard back elbow, Kiwi
takes control of the match, connecting with absolutely brutal strikes!
Jeff: You know… for
someone so small, Marie Kiwi is an incredibly talented striker.
Kiwi goes to the high flying well just one too
many times though, as she attempts a springboard flying move and gets nailed with a powerslam! Curry continues to dominate
the match up until her finisher, the Curry Slam, connects on Kiwi. However, as Amber goes for the pin, Kiwi kicks out in two!!!
Jason:
What the!?!? Are you kidding me!?!?!
Jeff: She kicked out!!!
Curry
stares down at Kiwi in disbelief. Then, she picks her up and the two continue their battle. The conflict finally ends as Kiwi
goes for her Last Dance only to have it reversed by Curry. Amber drops right into a pin, and as Kiwi struggles to get free,
the referee makes the three count! Curry quickly rolls out of the ring as Kiwi sits straight up, obviously upset about the
result.
Winner: Amber Curry (pinfall)

Jackie
Blue is walking backstage with the SWF Championship when suddenly, a man with spiked hair stops her.
???: Jackie
Blue!!! So… I was thinkin’… you should definitely let me into the SWF Championship tournament. I’m
not like that hack Daniel Santoy, just demanding the belt like that. I’m working for YOU!
Jackie Blue
stops for a moment and looks at him.
Jackie: Excuse me… who are you?
???: My name is Brady McKinnon ma’am. I’m new here.
Jackie: Okay, Mr.
McKinnon… I would give you a spot, but I already have one rookie slated to be in the tournament.
Brady's
demeanor changes instantly as he gets uncomfortably close to Blue and takes a kind of “buddy buddy” tone
with her.
Brady: Listen toots… I got the talent to make it work. You just tell me what you
want for me to be in that tournament, and it’s yours.
Jackie gently pushes Brady away and gets a very
businesslike look on her face.
Jackie: What you can do for me, Mr. McKinnon, is go out for your
debut match tonight against Christopher Michaels. If you impress me there… then maybe… MAYBE I’ll consider
you. But just take a word of warning… this, that you’ve tried here… not the best way to get on my good side.
Good day, Mr. McKinnon.
Jackie walks away as Brady smirks after her.

Tournament Match Reggie Hutchings v. Pouncy
The classic big man v. little man match gets a new take as veterans
Hutchings and Pouncy go at it. Of course, Reggie’s strength overpowers Pouncy in the early goings, but the wily veteran
soon catches Reggie off guard and delivers a vicious chop block, taking the big man down to size!
Jeff: Here
comes the strategy that Pouncy should have had from the beginning!
Jason: Yeah… you
have to believe that the end might already be near for Reggie though. I’d have to say, the longer this match goes, the
more it favors the more athletic Pouncy.
Pouncy zeroes in on the knee for most of the match, taking Reggie down
and then keeping him there with various leg holds. However, Reggie begins to fight back, getting the momentum and drilling
Pouncy with a few power moves for near falls. Pouncy wrests control away from Hutchings with another chop block, and then
begins signaling for his Sweet Serenade.
Jeff: Uh oh… if Pouncy hits his Sweet Serenade,
this match is over and we have our first advancement in the tournament!
As Reggie stumbles to his feet, Pouncy
goes for the Serenade, but Hutchings pushes him away into the ropes. Pouncy bounces off and runs back… right into Reggie’s
waiting hand! The big man lifts Pouncy up and nails the LHF, pinning him to pick up the win!
Winner: Reggie Hutchings
(pinfall)

Alec
Dohanich is shown backstage with John Pirtle. The crowd cheers long and hard as John simply stands in the backstage area,
basking in the adulation.
Alec: John, tonight you face the former SWF Champion, Kirby, in the first
round of a tournament to get a belt that he basically never lost.
John: I know, and I’m
sure big greenie is torn up about having to do so much work to be the SWF Champion again, but that’s how the game goes.
Basically, I have nothing against the jolly green one, but he’s standing between me and something I’ve wanted
for a very long time. So tonight, after months of absence, the King of the SWF will step into that ring again, and whether
he be 7’2” or 8’4” or whatever the hell he is, Kirby is going down… WHOO!!!
John
walks off as Alec tosses the show back to Jeff and Jason.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Singles
Match Brady McKinnon v. Christopher Michaels
Christopher Michaels actually comes out on fire for this one. With
Brady obviously not sure what’s going on, Michaels immediately goes to work teaching the young rookie a lesson in respect.
He grounds McKinnon with various holds, but eventually, Brady gains control via a low blow out of the referee’s sight.
Jeff:
C’mon ref!!! You’ve gotta call those!
Jason: It’s
not cheating if you don’t get caught, Jeff.
McKinnon then begins the beatdown of Michaels, taking him
down with several different types of suplexes. Michaels begins to fight back, but seemingly, this only prolongs the inevitable.
Brady nearly takes Michaels’ head off with a particularly vicious clothesline, and then looks to the crowd, smiling.
Jeff:
You have to wonder what that young man is thinking…
Jason: I don’t
think we’re gonna have to wonder for long.
Brady picks Christopher up and lifts him up into the fireman’s
carry position. Then, to the crowd’s surprise, Brady swings Michaels around and delivers the Twister, Michaels’
OWN finishing move!!!
Jeff: WOW!!! He just stole Michaels’ signature move!
Jason:
That’s not gonna make him many friends…
With the crowd booing, McKinnon covers
Michaels for the pinfall victory.
Winner: Brady McKinnon (pinfall)

Brady
McKinnon is shown backstage looking to share a high five with anyone in the backstage area. They all seem to look down on
him though. He walks into Jackie Blue’s office, where she is seated behind a desk. He sits down and props his feet on
the desk in front of her.
Brady: So… can I expect to be in the SWF Championship tournament
next week, ace?
Jackie Blue looks with disdain at the rookie.
Jackie: No. I have
another plan for you entirely. You see.. you don’t just come in here demanding things of me and masking it with a curtain
of manners. So… next week, you’ll have a regular match. You’re going to go one on one with the newest superstar
in the SWF, Mike Kizzar.
Brady looks dumbfounded by all of this, but Jackie leans forward and shoves his feet
off her desk.
Jackie: Now, please get out of my office. NOW!
Brady scrambles to get
out of the office as Jackie Blue glares after him.

SWF
Tournament Match Cole Oz v. PG13
The former Streetside Champion against the former Texas State Champion in a battle
to see who goes on to the SWF Championship. Needless to say, this match popped a little. Cole begins the match in earnest,
negating PG13’s superior speed with his power. However, it isn’t long before PG13 simply outmaneuvers Oz, taking
him down with high flying move after high flying move.
Jeff: I swear, this PG13 is going places.
I don’t necessarily agree with his tactics or his attitude, but you can’t deny that he is definitely a gifted
athlete.
PG13 makes a slight mistake though. He goes to the top rope and attempts a shooting star press, but
Cole rolls out of the way, causing PG13 to crash and burn! Oz quickly grabs and nails him with a half nelson suplex, getting
a near fall. As he attempts another suplex, PG13 back flips over him and dropkicks him into the turnbuckle!
Jason:
PG13 is back in control just that fast!
Cole stumbles backwards and PG13 rolls him up, grabbing
the ropes for leverage! The referee sees this, however, and stops the count, ordering PG13 to let Cole up. PG13 argues with
this and then turns back around… to get promptly speared by Cole Oz!!! Oz jumps up and stalks PG13, nailing him as he
stands up with the Oz Bomb and picking up the cover for the win!!!
Winner: Cole Oz (pinfall)

Tournament Match Freddy Duncan v. Daniel Santoy
Santoy and Duncan, two people very familiar with each other, square
off in an SWF Tournament 1st round match. Santoy opens things up by immediately going low on Duncan, taking out his knees
before the more powerful competitor can do anything. The attack on Freddy’s leg is relentless, almost to the point of
the referee having to stop the match.
Jeff: You have to admit, Daniel may not be the most scrupulous
human being, but he’s like a surgeon in that ring.
Santoy locks in a sharpshooter, causing Freddy to scream
in pain as he claws his way towards the ropes. He finally reaches the ropes, but Santoy takes his sweet time in relinquishing
the hold. He finally lets go, but simply turns around and continues the punishment. However, Freddy begins to battle back,
albeit on one leg.
Jeff: Freddy making a comeback. Can he keep it going!?
Unfortunately,
he can’t. Freddy’s leg gives out as he attempts a suplex, allowing Daniel to drop him to the mat and lock in the
Ultimate Heartbreak ankle lock!!! Duncan screams in pain as Daniel drops down and grapevines his leg.
Jason: Oh he’s not going ANYWHERE now!
Jeff: Wait! WAIT!!!
Freddy
amazingly begins to drag both himself and Daniel towards the ropes. He screams with each tug, but finally makes it to the
ropes as the crowd cheers. Daniel gets up and just immediately walks over to the corner, preparing to deliver his Icebreaker.
However, Duncan can’t stand up long enough to be nailed with it. He tries to pull himself up on the ropes, but can’t
seem to do it. Daniel finally walks over to Freddy and pulls him to the middle of the ring, setting him up instead for the
Schwartzando!
Jeff: If Daniel hits this, it’s lights out for Freddy tonight!
Jason:
WAIT!!! NO!!!
Out of nowhere, Freddy pulls Daniel’s legs out from under him and flips
over him, pinning him and holding onto his legs. Daniel struggles as the crowd goes ballistic, the referee counts the three
count, and Freddy wins the match!!!
Winner: Freddy Duncan (pinfall)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Daniel
immediately gets up and attacks Freddy as the bell continues to ring.
Jeff: Wait a damn minute!
What is this?
PG13 and Scooter Pondoff slide into the ring, and the three begin laying the boots to Freddy,
who can do nothing but cover up in the face of such an attack. The bell continues to ring until the crowd once again pops
for Cole Oz! He rushes the ring and hits the Shotgun Spear on Scooter, sending him out of the ring. The other two jump out
of the ring as Cole checks on Freddy.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A
strange advertisement is shown on the screen. A British flag is shown waving in the wind, and the picture slowly turns black
and white as the audio of the British national anthem distorts and finally stops. The words, “Next Week,” are
then shown in a type of spray paint black font superimposed on the flag, which is rapidly going out of focus.

Tag
Team Match (Non-Title) Team Japanime (Miller/Keibler) v. Big D & T-Roc
The tag champs still seem a little spooked
from their trials heading up to Mind Games of last year. However, they don’t wait too long before they isolate Nick
Miller and begin working him over. Nick attempts to get to his corner several times, but Big D and T-Roc expertly keep him
in the corner.
Jeff: Big D and T-Roc are definitely the tag champs for a reason. They’re
keeping Nick cut off from his corner, and that’s going to start wearing him down eventually.
Finally,
Big D makes a mistake and bends low for a back body drop, which Nick counters with a DDT, leaving both men laid out in the
ring! The crowd cheers as Nick crawls towards Keibler and makes the tag at the exact same time that Big D tags in T-Roc! The
two meet in the middle of the ring, and Keibler takes him out with a lightning fast spinning heel kick! There’s a few
more moments of fast paced action as Keibler presses the advantage, but then, T-Roc downs him and sets him up for the Highway
Robbery!
Jason: Here we go! Time for this to go academic on us!
Big D bounces off
the ropes, but Nick suddenly pulls the top rope down, sending Big D crashing to the outside! T-Roc goes low on Keibler, but
he misses as the smaller man jumps over him backwards. As T-Roc starts to get up, Keibler runs in and hits the Blazing Kick
on him, pinning him for the victory!!!
Winners: Team Japanime (pinfall)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jeff:
Nick and Keibler just defeated the Tag Team Champions!!!
Jason: It was
a fluke!
Jeff: Fluke or not, a pinfall victory over the champions is nothing to scoff at!
Team
Japanime celebrates in the ring while Big D and T-Roc slink off with their belts, obviously ticked off.

Tournament Match John Pirtle v. Kirby
John begins the match with the right idea. As Kirby attempts to grab him,
John stays just out of reach, employing a hit-and-run technique. He goes after the monster’s leg, setting him up for
the CSOB.
Jeff: If anyone in this tournament can defeat Kirby, that man right there can.
Jason:
That’s the trick though. Beating Kirby isn’t exactly easy.
John continues to
press the advantage, although it doesn’t seem to be having much effect. Finally, he gets caught. John tries for his
patented Leg-a-rooni, but Kirby catches his foot and literally throws him across the ring!!! The crowd groans in sympathy
as Kirby picks John up and manhandles him, hitting a gigantic gutbuster on him!
Jason: That’s
it! John’s already lost this match!
Jeff: Not quite yet, he hasn’t!
Kirby
goes to pick John up, but Pirtle connects with a drop toe hold on the big man. Then, quick as lightning, John turns Kirby
over and locks in the CSOB!!! The crowd cheers, but Kirby simply sits up and grabs John by the throat!!!
Jason: You’ve got to be KIDDING me!!!!
John is forced to let go of the hold, his eyes wide with
terror, as Kirby lifts him up and drives him to the mat with a chokeslam! The crowd cheers loudly still as John stumbles around
and gets picked up for the Dream Crusher. Kirby nails his finishing maneuver, and pins John for the three count.
Winner:
Kirby (pinfall)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jeff:
Good Lord! What did we just witness!?
Jason: John never stood a chance.
I’d have to believe that now, Kirby’s pretty much just on the path to getting his title back.
Kirby
stands up and simply motions to the crowd that he will be the SWF Champion before long. The camera zooms in on Pirtle, who
is out cold, before showing Kirby again. The big man steps over the top rope and to the floor, where he once again signals
to the crowd that he will be champion.
Jeff: Well, the first round of matches is over with, but
honestly, who can stop that man right there?
Jason: I’m hard pressed to think of anyone.
Jeff:
Well, we’re glad you could all join us this week. We’ll see you next week from Chicago! Good
night everyone.
The show ends with a close shot of Kirby, standing on the stage and looking back at the ring
and John Pirtle, who is STILL out. Then, Kirby slowly turns and walks back through the entryway as the camera fades to black.
